Fit Track Creation

We believe that “if you can walk together, you can work together”. Our consultants assess your workplace and design a walking/running track to fit your companies culture. Tracks will be used to increase energy and body movement. Each track can have designated times associated with them to encourage advancement to the next track. Each track takes 5 to 20 minutes to complete depending on individual fitness level. Tracks are not intended to be workouts. They are used to free blocked energy and waken the sedentary body.

Fitness Classes at Your Facility

We create a workout appropriate for your employees at your facility where they are administered by one of our certified personal trainers. The classes are all 1 hour in length including a proper warm up, cool down and stretching.

Boot Camp Classes in Southern California

Provides your employees full access to 30+ Long Beach Boot Camp classes a day & 6 locations to choose from. We have locations throughout Long Beach, Bixby Knolls, Signal Hill, Rossmoor & Downtown Long Beach.
